How early should I book for Dashain?
Flights around Dashain usually fill 4–6 months ahead, and fares in the final weeks can double. We start holding seats in June and July — if your dates aren't fixed yet, take a flexible ticket instead of guessing.
How do the instalment plans work?
You can split the fare over 3, 6 or 12 months. The monthly figure is shown at checkout before you commit — the first instalment is taken when you book and the rest follow monthly. Amounts in this prototype are sample figures.
How much baggage can I take?
It depends on the airline and fare. We confirm your exact checked and cabin allowance before you pay and it's printed on your e-ticket. Extra 5 kg or 10 kg can be added at checkout.
Can I deal with someone in Nepali?
Yes. The team speaks Nepali on the phone, WhatsApp and Viber, and you can tick "Nepali-speaking assistance" on your booking — every follow-up after that comes in Nepali.
What if my flight is cancelled or I miss a connection?
Call us — we rebook directly with the airline. If your parents are travelling alone we can arrange transit assistance in advance so someone meets them.
Do I need a visa for Nepal?
Australian passport holders get a visa on arrival in Kathmandu. Rules differ if you hold an NRN card or a Nepali passport — we tell you what applies to you before you book.
